Baby Hazel is here!

She came a few days early! She was born Nov. 12 at 9:22 a.m. Hazel weighed 8 lbs 7 oz and was 20 inches long. So sweet...

Seth and I went for our final sonogram today. Everything looks great. Our doctor always schedules a sonogram late in the game to check for size, position, etc.

Hazel now weighs 7 lbs. 12 oz. (give or take a few ounces). We are still scheduled for Monday, Nov. 16th...early in the morning. And their estimate that she will weigh over 8 pounds. Getting excited!

I will be delivering at Women's Hospital. And I will keep you posted with updates and pics. :)

With the baby's arrival only being 17 days away, I have decided to take a break from blogging. I will post pics and news once baby Hazel makes her BIG debut.

Holiday Gift Ideas

Hello all!

I have just restocked St. Andrew's Bookstore (Jackson, MS) and Plant the Earth (Meridian, MS) with my glass crosses...just in time for the holidays! The crosses come in 2 sizes: small ($25) and medium ($45). And at the St. Andrew's location, you can also find large crosses ($100) and glass plates.

Both locations will be having a Holiday Open House:

Plant the Earth - first weekend in November

I am not taking any special orders this year. Baby Hazel is due in 20 days. So, the holidays will be a time of rest and enjoying family. If there is something special that you want, you can place your order after the first of the year. :)

MMA Art Show

I was a part of a group showing at the Meridian Museum of Art this weekend...Emergence of Souls. It turned out great! Each of the four artists had a collection of paintings that represented their style of work. The show was beautiful. We each had to give an artist talk in the middle of the reception...all went well.
